Galatians 5:1—It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.

The purpose of this study is to remind us that the spirit gives life and the law brings death. The law does not produce faith but rather works a curse from which Christ had to redeem us. Once we receive new life, there is a necessity to live it out and the only way to do that is through the power of the cross and the energy of the Holy Spirit.

I believe your women will understand afresh it is impossible to “do” the work of God apart from the Holy Spirit. I believe they will have a different perspective on how they will serve without guilt, but be empowered to do what the Spirit of God is calling them to do.
